How to Change the Password

The "Forgot Password" feature is an essential component of any website or platform that allows users to recover access to their accounts when they have forgotten their passwords.

Resetting a password successfully is a seamless and straightforward process through the Kalp Studio. User(s) cannot enter Kalp Studio without logging in with the individual’s email and a correct password, matching with the database.

The below steps describe the user journey throughout the Reset Password process.

Step 1:

Click console.kalp.studio to redirect to the Kalp Studio application page. Click on Forgot Password.

Step 2:

Enter your email ID to receive a link to reset your password. Click on Submit. You will receive an OTP.

Enter the received OTP and click on Verify button.

The reset password page is displayed on the screen. Enter your new password.

Criteria for selecting a valid password

Password must contain at least 8-20 characters.
It should always be an alphanumeric string.
Password must contain at least one lowercase and uppercase letter.
Password must contain at least one special character, including “!, @, #, $, %, &, *, (), -, +, =, ^”
The new password should not match the last 3 passwords.

Repeat your new password on the Confirm Password input box for confirmation.

Click on Reset Password. You have successfully changed your password. You will get an email about the successful password change in your registered email ID.

Click on Login Now to log in to the Kalp Studio application.
