How to add a company on KS Pay?

KS Pay offers a streamlined solution for businesses looking to manage their payments and financial transactions. For a seamless experience, the first step involves adding your company profile to the platform. This guide will walk you through each stage of the registration process from account creation to filling out your company details ensuring you have everything set up correctly to start using KS Pay’s features.

Step 1: Accessing the Applications Section in Kalp Studio

  • Begin by logging into your Kalp Studio account. Open the Kalp Studio website and log in with your credentials.

  • Once logged in, you will be directed to the main dashboard.

  • On the left-hand side of the screen, you'll find a navigation menu. This menu contains various options, including "Personal Info," "Applications," and "Settings”, as shown in the screenshot below.

  • Locate the "Applications" option within this menu. It is highlighted in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Navigating to KS Pay from the Applications List

  • Click on the Explore KS Pay button, as highlighted in the screenshot below, to go to the KS Pay dashboard.

Step 3: Access the Company Profile Section

You'll be directed to KS Pay Dashboard where you can add your company details, as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 4: Enter Company Details

Fill out the following fields to complete the company profile setup:

  • Company Name: This is the name of the company. This is a mandatory field.

  • Website (Optional): The URL of the company's website. This field is not mandatory.

  • Address: The full street address of the company. This field is mandatory.

  • Country: This field represents the country of the company. This field is mandatory.

  • State: This field represents the state of the company.

  • City (Optional): The name of the city where the company is located. This field is optional.

  • Zip Code: This field represents the zip code for the company. This field is mandatory.

Step 5: Submit the Company Profile

  1. Double-check all information entered to ensure accuracy.

  2. Click "Submit" to save your company's profile.

  1. Upon submission, your company details will be saved in KS Pay.

Step 6: View your Company details

  1. To view your company details, click on the profile section, as shown in the screenshot below.

  2. Locate Company section from the given details, as shown in the screenshot below.

  3. Your company details will be displayed.
