How to view your transactions?

Viewing your transactions on KS Pay helps you keep track of your payment history, monitor your spending, and manage your finances efficiently. This guide provides a step-by-step approach to accessing and reviewing your transaction details, so you can stay informed about your account activity.

Step 1: Access the KALP PAY Dashboard

  1. Log in to your KALP PAY account.

  2. On the main dashboard, you'll see a list of all registered apps with details such as App ID, App Name, Email, and Country.

  3. Locate the app for which you want to view transactions.

Step 2: Open the App Overview

  1. Click on the app name from the list to open the App Overview.

  2. Here, you can view a summary of recent transactions and other app-related details.

Step 3: Navigate to the Transactions Tab

  1. On the left sidebar, click on Transactions to access the transaction history.

  2. You’ll be directed to a page with a detailed view of all transactions for the selected app.

Step 4: View Transaction History

  1. In the Transaction History section, you’ll see a list of transactions with details such as Transaction ID, Creation Date, Last Update, Payment Mode, Payment Gateway, Currency, Amount, and Status.

  2. To find a specific transaction, you can use the Search bar by entering the Transaction ID.

Step 5: Filter or Download Transactions

  1. Use the Date Range filter at the top to view transactions within a specific time frame.

  2. If needed, you can download the transaction history by clicking on the Download button in the top-right corner.
