How to Import Tokens?
Importing tokens into your Kalp Wallet allows you to view and manage additional assets within the wallet. Follow the steps below to easily add tokens to your Kalp Wallet.
Step 1: Open the Kalp Wallet Extension

Launch your browser and click the Kalp Wallet icon in the toolbar.

Enter your wallet password if prompted to unlock the wallet.
Step 2: Go to the "Import Tokens" Section
- On the Kalp Wallet dashboard, locate and click the "Import Tokens" .
Step 3: Search for the Token
- Use the Search Bar to find the token by name or symbol if it is a popular token already listed in the Kalp ecosystem.
- Select the token from the search results and click Import.
Step 4: Add a Custom Token (If Not Found)
If the token is not listed, you can manually add it using the following details:

Obtain Token Information:

Contract Address: Get the token's smart contract address from a trusted source like the official project website or blockchain explorer.

Token Symbol: The ticker for the token (e.g., GINI, KALP).

Decimals of Precision: The number of decimal places the token uses (e.g., 18).

Input Token Details:

Paste the Contract Address into the provided field.

Enter the Token Symbol and Decimals in their respective fields.

Click Add Token or Import to proceed.
Step 5: Verify the Token

After importing, the token should appear in the Assets or Balance section of your Kalp Wallet.

Confirm the token name, symbol, and balance to ensure everything is correct.
Step 6: Manage Your Imported Tokens

Use the tokens for transactions, staking, or interacting with decentralized applications (Dapps).
